Danish Design Centerin näyttely ‘Hello Materials’ on katsaus materiaalien kiehtovaan maailmaan esitellen niin olemassa olevia kuin tulevia materiaaleja, sekä niiden merkitystä yhteiskunnalle ja yksilölle. Näyttely on tehty yhteistyössä materiaalispesialisti Chris Lefterin kanssa – hänen työnsä on innoittanut meitä jo vuosia. Näyttely rakentuu sadoista materiaaleista jaettuna viiteen kategoriaan; To need, To want, To use and To wonder. Suuntaamme Kööpenhaminaan lähiaikoina ja kerromme näyttelystä tarkemmin!
The exhibition ‘Hello Materials’ wishes to tell a few of the many fascinating stories about present and future materials and give a glimpse of what they will mean to society and the individual. The exhibition has been developed in a close co-operation between the Danish Design Centre and materials expert Chris Lefteri. You will find a hundred different materials in this exhibition, divided into different categories; To need, To want. To use and To wonder.
